Serving in Worship
The 8:00 & 10:30 a.m. services offer many opportunities for people to serve in a wide variety of capacities, as crucifer, reader, greeter, sidesperson, chalice bearer, server, or Licensed Lay Reader, just to name a few. There is always room for new names on the serving schedule, and opportunities are available to both both adults and children alike. If you are interested in serving in any way, shape, or form, please let us know as we'd love to have you on the team!
There are many volunteers who work in teams to prepare the flowers and the altar for service every week. Decorating for the festivals of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter, and preparing for baptisms, funerals, and weddings are all part of the service these teams provide. Many hands make lighter work, so new hands are always welcome. If you would like to join in this rewarding ministry please contact the Priest-in-Charge or a member of the Altar Guild.
