Holding Crosses

Holding CrossThis 'cottage industry' ministry creates the beautiful holding crosses seen to the left.
Perfect for prayer in good times and times of trouble. The idea for this cross originated
in England, on the island of Iona and has been replicated by Len Fanstone for the Church
of St. John the Evangelist. We hope the cross brings you peace, comfort, strength and joy
as you pray to God, through Jesus Chirst.

They are available from St. John's for only $10 CND plus shipping.

Send Us An E-mail with 'Holding Crosses' in the subject heading along with your Name,
Address and the number of crosses you are interested in purchasing.

On Sunday mornings St. John's offers two types of worship.  Our 8 o'clock service is a more traditional Anglican worship using the Book of Common Prayer.  Our 10:30 service is a more lively worship with our Jr. & Sr. Choirs, Children & Youth programs, and E.C.E. staffed nursery available for the wee ones.
Our midweek worship occurs on Wednesday mornings at 10 a.m. in St. John's Chapel.
Morning Prayer is offered on Thursday mornings at 10 a.m. in the Chapel.
Please feel welcome to join us any time.
